The Great Grand Kingdom of Gardonia
The little land the Gnomes call home
The Gardonian Gnomes
The gnomes of the Great, Grand kingdom of Gardonia are generally a happy, well-mannered, simple and carefree race similar to most other gnomes of the world. And like most gnomes they sport long beards and tall pointed hats. They stand about three-feet tall, four to the top of their hats. They live long lives, upwards of 1,200 years if allowed to live out their lives naturally. They love gardening, brewing, fishing, dozing in the sun and a good arm-wrestling match. They are fiercely protective of their vegetables, especially carrots.
Gardonia itself is strange and unique pocket of land nestled in a circle of high mountains, and clearly being magical, the land is one of giant growing vegetation. The Gnomes quickly set to settling and cultivating the wild land, producing by far the largest vegetables they had ever seen. It didn’t take the gnomes long to discover that besides the plants, the bugs and insects and to a lesser degree rodents and birds of Gardonia also grow to rather large and often terrifying sizes.
